Celebrating Milestones Oktoberfest-Themed Town Hall

On October 3rd, BMW TechWorks Romania hosted its third Town Hall, offering employees a chance to reflect on its journey as BMW Group's newest IT Hub. Employees got the chance to connect with the Cluster Heads and expats responsible for delivery operations, as well as meet the key leaders steering corporate functions like Compliance, Marketing, HR, and Finance. This allowed for a deeper understanding of our structure and delivery model.

The event opened with a review of the progress made over the past three months. Each department and Delivery Cluster shared retrospectives from their areas of responsibility, discussing achievements, challenges, and future goals.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, followed by an informal gathering with an Oktoberfest-inspired twist to celebrate German Unity Day. Employees enjoyed drinks, snacks, and good vibes, making the event not only productive but also a great opportunity to strengthen connections in the atmosphere of the famous Bavarian celebration.
